At North Bay Health the CT Technologist performs general radiographic studies, according to established Q.A. criteria. Scans and organizes images, completes required paperwork and charges. Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. Assists and instructs patients during examinations. Performs bedside radiography. Assists with clerical duties. Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use. Reports equipment malfunctions.

• Graduate of an AMA approved radiology course or training and experience prior to 2000.

• Current CACRT with Fluoroscopic permit.
• Possession of a venipuncture permit or documented venipuncture training prior to January 1, 2013, or possession of a venipuncture permit with 10 venipunctures after January 1, 203, and venipunctures completed within 1 month of hire.
• AHA or equivalent BLS Certification required.

• Two or more years of experience in general radiology, at least one year of C/T.

• Some clerical and computer experience.
• Practices principles of ALARA.

• Depend on shift assignment.

• Hourly Salary Range $67.72-$82.39 (Offered hourly rate based on years of experience)
• 10% per diem differential included in salary range
• Plus Generous Shift Differentials
