Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) ISUDT
Location: Vacaville, California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to provide mental health and substance use treatment under the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program. This full-time contract opportunity is based in a secure clinical setting in Vacaville, CA, and offers the potential to transition into a permanent state role with exceptional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical interventions including individual counseling, group therapy, and brief counseling
• Deliver ISUDT-aligned services and support collaborative care planning
• Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient treatment
• Perform assessments to facilitate transitional care and link patients to community services
• Evaluate therapeutic needs within the framework of family systems and biopsychosocial models
• Create and update solution-focused treatment and care plans
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress; assist with discharges and rehabilitation coordination
• Attend required case conferences, clinical meetings, training sessions, and assigned committees

Required Qualifications

• Experience:At least 12 continuous months of direct patient care experience within the past 3 years
• Licensure:Valid MFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
• Certification:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification:Valid Photo , Drivers License, or Passport
