$500 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, meaningful lives. You will help promote independence, safety, well-being, and personal growth while serving as a strong advocate for each client.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Follow and implement daily routines as outlined in each client’s Individual Program Plan (IPP)
  • Assist with the development and achievement of IPP/ISP goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment
  • Support social, recreational, and community activities
  • Assist with personal care (grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene)
  • Prepare meals and assist with clean‑up
  • Transport clients using company vans as needed
  • Report incidents and communicate with administrators
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of personal or professional caregiving experience
  • Preferred: experience with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
  • DSP Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 + CPI
  • Preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Must pass all pre‑employment screenings
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
