Overview
I'm recruiting for a Senior Cost Accountant with a Vacaville-based manufacturer that is looking for their future Controller
.
This is a Hybrid role (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH) designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced plant environment. Commuting to Vacaville, CA is a must.
Responsibilities- Inventory Mastery: You'll own standard costing for inventory (manufacturing focus) and drive variance analysis. Cost Accounting, specific to Manufacturing is a MUST for this role.
- Systems Lead: Play a key role in their upcoming migration to JD Edwards
. - Leadership Track: Rapidly groom for the Controller seat by managing plant financials and leading projects. They will be looking to promote this individual within 12–18+ months.
Comp: $100k-$110k (CPA/CMA is a plus, but not required).
