Vehicle Inventory & Dealership Photographer Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is complete) Route:
Vacaville, Fairfield, and Surrounding Areas. Pay: $24.00++ per hour (combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout).

Pro-Motion Pix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory & Dealership Photographer to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining dealership inventory accuracy and presenting vehicles online through professional photography and video. You’ll be responsible for locating, organizing, and photographing vehicles for sale at assigned dealerships using a company-issued iPhone and app. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy and presentation, and is comfortable in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Inventory Management: Track and locate vehicles across dealership lots.
• Move vehicles to designated staging areas for photography.
• Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles that are unavailable, misplaced, or not ready.

• Photography & Media: Capture consistent, high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles.
• Use a company-provided iPhone and app to upload media quickly and accurately.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly staged, and visually appealing before photographing.

• Operational Excellence: Follow your assigned route daily using your own reliable vehicle.
• Maintain clear communication with dealerships and the Pro-Motion Pix support team.
• Manage time efficiently to meet photo production targets.

• No prior automotive photography experience is required — we provide full paid training. We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Is comfortable operating and moving vehicles (manual transmission experience preferred).
• Thrives in an independent, outdoor work setting.
• Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Brings a customer-focused, can-do attitude.
• Enjoys working with technology and learning new tools.

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfort handling light physical tasks (moving vehicles, walking lots).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
