Are you a seasoned programme leader with a passion for innovation and operational excellence? Monster Energy – the world’s fastest-growing energy drink brand – is seeking a Director of NPD Operations & Capability Programmes to power up our New Product Development (NPD) function across EMEA.

This is your opportunity to lead transformative change at a bold, edgy, and globally recognised brand that thrives on doing things differently.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of NPD Programme Management, you’ll lead a talented team of project managers and be the driving force behind our capability programmes and operational delivery. From managing multi-market initiatives to embedding next-gen NPD technologies, you’ll influence how we bring new products to life — faster, smarter, and better.

What You’ll Do
  • Govern and deliver cross-functional programmes including supply chain expansion, compliance, productivity, and on-pack promotions.
  • Lead the transformation of our Innovation to Launch process through data-led insights, process improvement, and systemisation.
  • Shape the roadmap for our NPD technology platforms, including SAP PLM and bespoke software tools.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI to monitor and improve department performance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and capability development.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven leadership in programme or project management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience with NPD delivery, governance, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong technical skills in value stream mapping, SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
  • A sharp commercial mind, strategic thinker, and confident communicator who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • A collaborative style that matches Monster’s unapologetically bold and high-energy culture.
Nice to Have
  • A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • PMP/Agile certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and innovation tools.
Why Monster?

We’re not just a brand – we’re a lifestyle. With our rebellious spirit and relentless drive, we’re rewriting the rules in the energy drinks space. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact, Monster Energy is the place to do it.

Join the Monster family – and help fuel the next wave of innovation across EMEA.
