Are you passionate about fitness and eager to create an energizing, welcoming environment for others? We're looking for a Certified Group Fitness Instructor to join our team and lead dynamic group exercise classes while delivering outstanding customer service.
Position Overview:
As a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-energy fitness classes that leave clients feeling their best. You'll be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere, helping our members achieve their fitness goals, and fostering a strong sense of community. Key Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain a consistent class schedule.
- Arrive early to prepare the facility and classroom, ensuring everything is set up for a smooth experience.
- Respect shared spaces and use them efficiently.
- Make each class the highlight of our clients’ day with personalized greetings.
- Promote our New Student Promo -- welcome new students.
- Ensure smooth and efficient class sign-ins.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for students of all levels of ability to participate.
- Deliver engaging, challenging, and safe workouts every time.
- Start and finish classes on time, respecting clients' schedules.
- Engage with clients to show appreciation.
- Promote future classes and services to help clients continue their wellness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for all clients.
- Follow proper hygiene protocols for all props, equipment, and spaces.
- Be attentive to new clients and assist with questions.
- Manage late entries professionally and discreetly.
- Utilize shared company technology for client communications.
- Attend department and company meetings to stay aligned with team goals.
- Report any injuries, client concerns, or feedback promptly.
- Keep spaces tidy, inviting, and ready for each client.
Requirements:
- Certification in group fitness.
- CPR certification.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear exercise instructions.
- Ability to adapt workouts for clients with varying fitness levels and accessibility needs.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to work evenings; weekends are a plus.
Pay Information:
- Hourly Rate: $35
