Are you passionate about Pilates and eager to create a supportive, welcoming environment that empowers others to move better and feel stronger? We’re looking for a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team and lead engaging, mindful Pilates classes while delivering excellent customer service.

As a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, you’ll guide clients through controlled, effective mat Pilates sessions focused on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. You’ll create a safe and inclusive space for people of all levels to grow their practice and wellness journey. If you love helping others find balance and strength through mindful movement, we want to hear from you!

• Maintain a consistent class schedule.

• Arrive early to prepare the space and equipment for a smooth, professional experience.

• Respect and efficiently use shared spaces.

• Welcome students personally and promote a positive, inclusive environment.

• Ensure smooth and timely class check-ins.

• Deliver safe, effective, and motivating Pilates classes suitable for a variety of skill levels and abilities.

• Modify exercises as needed to accommodate individual client needs.

• Start and end classes on time, respecting clients’ schedules.

• Engage with clients to show appreciation and foster community.

• Promote upcoming classes and services to support ongoing wellness goals.

• Keep spaces clean, organized, and inviting.

• Follow hygiene protocols for mats and equipment.

• Assist clients with questions and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

• Manage late arrivals professionally and discreetly.

• Use company technology for client communications as needed.

• Attend team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.

• Report any client concerns or safety issues promptly.

• Maintain tidy, inviting spaces ready for each class.

• Certification in Mat Pilates instruction

• CPR certification required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly instruct and motivate clients

• Ability to adapt workouts for varying fitness and mobility levels

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

• Availability for evening classes and/or weekends

• Paid per class, negotiable based on experience
