• Daily food preparation and cooking high-quality smash burgers and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations during events

• Assist with setting up and breaking down the mobile kitchen for events

• Proficiency in food preparation and cooking
• Experience in food service and food & beverage operations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on positive engagement

• Dependable and committed to ensuring quality and consistency in food production
• Experience working in a food truck or mobile kitchen is a plus
