Restore components by operating manual lathes, Bridgeport's, Hurco, and Okuma.;
Measure and examine completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.;
Use OEM prints and design sketches to ensure proper outcomes of repairs.;
Fabricate or modify fixtures and maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metalworking, layout, lapping, and cleaning procedures.;
Machine parts using required fixtures in accordance with the manufacturers technical data and company procedures.
