Heating Installation Engineer

Join British Gas as a Heating Installation Engineer and help us power the UK’s homes with greener, more efficient energy solutions.

We need experienced Heating Installation engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers. You will install, upgrade, convert and maintain central heating systems, ensuring customers get the help they need when they need it.

• Install, upgrade, convert and maintain central heating systems, including boilers, wiring and plumbing.
• Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit.
• Perform electrical fault finding on S‑plan, Y‑plan and combination systems.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout installations.
• Support customers in reducing their carbon footprint through energy‑efficient solutions.

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT) or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
• 3+ years of qualified experience in full system installations.
• Electrical knowledge including wiring and fault finding on S‑plan, Y‑plan and combination systems.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer experience on every visit.

Base salary is £44,044 with uncapped OTE through our fantastic field reward scheme.
