Uxbridge, UB8, (covering Central & North London + Home Counties)

£38,000–£40,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Perks

Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

Are you a hands-on engineer who loves variety, independence, and great coffee?

Our client is a family-run business supplying high-quality commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces nationwide. Known for their fast, friendly service and genuine team spirit, they’re now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding service team.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be out on the road, visiting offices and workplaces to:

Service, sanitise, and maintain coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers

Carry out installations, commissioning, and breakdown repairs

Ensure every cup and glass tastes as good as it should

Provide hands-on training and advice to customers

Keep clear service records and manage van stock efficiently

What we’re looking for

You’re practical, reliable, and enjoy solving problems on the go. You’ll need:

2+ years’ experience working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, or similar equipment

Strong electro-mechanical and fault-finding skills

Basic plumbing knowledge

A passion for great customer service and a professional approach

Full UK driving licence

Ideally based in North West London with easy access to the M25/M40/M1/M11
