Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Training Manager as a hybrid worker at our Head Office in Uxbridge, London. As Training Manager, you will be working with the Head of HR and Talent, managing the planning, development, and delivery of Delaware North training programs.

What will you do?- Manage Delaware North’s online ‘gamified’ training program, Attensi, as well as designing, developing, and conducting training programmes and workshops, including online and in-person sessions
- Ensure training and development is consistent, innovative, and relevant to both casual and employed team members, including core skills required for their role
- Identify training needs and objectives with business leaders and heads of departments to design and implement effective learning solutions, monitoring and measuring the outcomes and impact of training
- Collaborate with the US Talent Development team to build relationships and share best practices to deliver company-wide training programmes
- Work with Apprenticeship providers, effectively managing and promoting apprenticeship opportunities to team members and guiding them to successful completion
- 3 – 5 years’ experience, including experience in training management, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry
- Excellent skills in project management, organisation, attention to detail, and communication to deliver engaging training sessions
- Strong knowledge of training methods, tools, and techniques
