Due to Growth we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to elevate digital performance across our EMEA markets for a well known Consumer Goods brand. This newly created role sits within the International Marketing team and is supported by media agencies.
You’ll guide best practice across SEM/SEA, paid social, analytics and optimisation
, ensuring markets receive the insights, frameworks, and direction they need to maximise ROAS and commercial outcomes.
This is not a hands‑on execution role — instead, you’ll manage agencies
, interpret data, and drive strategic improvements across multiple brands and countries.
We’re seeking someone with strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and levels of digital maturity.
What You’ll Do- Analyse performance metrics across EMEA websites and channels
- Guide SEM/SEA and paid social best practice
- Manage agency relationships and ensure delivery of actionable insights
- Define KPIs and support markets with optimisation and planning
- Audit websites and recommend improvements
- Evaluate new platforms, technologies, and bid strategies
- Support markets in QBRs, briefings, and campaign reviews
- 5+ years in performance marketing
- Background in premium/luxury consumer goods
- Strong understanding of paid search and adtech
- Experience managing agencies and budgets
- Proficiency with GA4, SA360, Meta (DV360/Amazon a plus)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience working across multiple cultures and markets
- Background in premium/luxury consumer goods
- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
