Canon Europe are looking for a Learning & Capability Development Coordinator - EMEA. You will be accountable for enabling consistent, efficient, and scalable learning operations that enhance the learner experience and support the delivery of high-quality development initiatives across the business. The role ensures seamless coordination, digital enablement, and process excellence.
Responsibilities Learning Event Coordination & Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate and deliver learning events across all business areas, ensuring smooth logistics, timely communications, and a high-quality learner experience.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and ensure seamless execution.
Digital Request & Service ManagementManage and resolve learning-related service requests via the IT Request Platform (ITRP), ensuring timely, clear responses aligned with service level agreements.
Propose, promote and support automation of processes and use of self-service tools to empower stakeholders and reduce reliance on central support.
Learning Systems & Content AdministrationMaintain and update learning content in internal platforms (e.g., Canon Development Hub), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with standards.
Support and coach People Development Business Partners (PDBPs) in using learning systems effectively.
Process Excellence & Knowledge ManagementDevelop and maintain standardised templates and process documentation, supported by a central resource library, to drive consistency and enable seamless information transfer.
Monitor and improve operational processes through regular audits and feedback, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement.
Change & Compliance SupportSupport the rollout of new learning systems, tools, or processes by coordinating communications and training logistics to ensure smooth adoption.
Ensure all data handling and privacy practices comply with GDPR and internal policies.
Evaluation & ReportingWhere applicable, ensure accurate learner data is maintained to support evaluation, reporting, and compliance.
Where applicable, coordinate learner feedback surveys and contribute to reporting insights that inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications Experience & Knowledge- Proven experience in coordinating learning or HR operations in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., CDH or similar platforms) and digital tools for scheduling, enrolment, and reporting.
- Understanding of learning and development processes, including event logistics, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with service request platforms and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Awareness of data privacy principles and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).

Up to £29,300 plus 10% annual bonus (dependent on experience).
