Monster Energy is building the future of commercial analytics across EMEA & OSP and we’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded BI Analyst to help power it.

This role sits at the heart of our Commercial Strategy & Development team, partnering closely with stakeholders and data engineers to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll own dashboards, KPIs and reporting that directly influence decision‑making across one of the world’s most iconic brands.

If you’re detail‑driven, confident with Power BI, and comfortable translating data for non‑technical audiences this is your chance to make real impact at scale.

• Partner with business stakeholders and data engineers to define reporting needs, KPIs and project goals
• Support the end‑to‑end development of Power BI dashboards and reports
  , from requirements through to delivery
• Perform intermediate Power BI development, including DAX
  , data validation, visuals and enhancements
• Maintain, update and publish key datasets, KPIs and recurring commercial reports
• Manage forecast, budget and actuals updates within the database
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reporting outputs
• Produce insight summaries and presentations using Excel and Power Point
• Handle multiple reporting requests and small BI projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively

• Intermediate Power BI experience
  , including DAX and row‑level security
• Strong experience with Excel (including Power Query) and Power Point
• Experience working with syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI)
• Strong numerical literacy and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering, documenting and translating business reporting requirements
• Comfortable working in agile, evolving environments
• Proven experience collaborating with BI developers and/or data engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional working skills
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
