Ready to step into a high-influence HR role at the heart of a major UK organisation? This is a head‑office position with direct exposure to the Chief Executive team, frequent interaction with the Board, and a front-row seat to significant organisational change.

You’ll be the strategic partner shaping culture, driving people performance, and supporting senior executives through fast-paced transformation.

• Deliver and embed the Group People Strategy across central functions
• Partner closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions at the board level
• Own ER, policy, and compliance with authority and confidence
• Strengthen KPIs across absence, retention and engagement
• Lead succession planning, L&D and future‑talent development
• Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and a high-performance culture

• Experience partnering in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environment
• Minimum 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role
• Strong ER and change management capability
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
• Highly commercial, analytical, and confident, influencing senior stakeholders
• Comfortable being fully office-based, 5 days per week
