Job overviewWould you like to work in an innovative team, where there is a strong focus on staff development and delivering high‑quality care? We are looking for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our well‑established, diverse team. We want you to bring your unique blend of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives and knowledge to our OT team as diversity makes us stronger.
The Adult Community Mental Health Hub serves the diverse and vibrant population with secondary mental health needs and severe and ensuring mental health needs. The Hub consists of medical staff, nurses, peer support workers, employment specialists and psychology/psychotherapy staff. The post holder will have the opportunity to develop and co‑facilitate groups as part of the psychosocial Hub offer.
We are located in Uxbridge and a 10‑minute walk from the Town Centre. The nearest underground station is Uxbridge Underground (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Lines) or West Drayton Train Station.
