The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for 2 SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our schools in Hillingdon supporting students with complex needs in and outside of the classroom. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 and supporting with group interventions. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to provide an empathetic and compassionate approach whilst working with students who can become easily dysregulated and must be able to use de-escalation techniques to support the students.
The School – SEN Teaching Assistant
The school is in Hayes in the Borough of Hillingdon and caters for student aged 4-19 years old with complex SEN. The school has CPD training for staff and a strong focus on diversity and inclusions.
