What will you be doing?
  • Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best loved names within the industry.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career‑building qualifications.
  • Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
What will you bring to the role?
  • Have you got experience in preparing and cooking fresh food in a kitchen environment?
  • Have you got experience in working in a front of house restaurant environment?
  • NVQ at level2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience within a high‑end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie)
  • Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
  • Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self‑motivation skills
  • Ability to working autonomously
It would be great if you had
  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
  • BTEC level 3 hospitality management
  • Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
  • Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
