We've been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast‑paced, fun and supportive team!
What You'll Be Doing- Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
- Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
- Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
- Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
- Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
- Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
- Delivering top‑tier customer service with empathy & energy!
- Promoting our services with confidence and care!
- A friendly and engaging phone manner.
- Strong communication, listening skills, and decision‑making skills.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions.
- A passion for helping people and working in a team.
- A team‑first attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook).
- Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world—but not essential!
