A reputable main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of projects in Uxbridge. You'll handle procurement through to final account, prepare CVRs, and oversee subcontractor payments. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years' experience in a main contractor environment with expertise in residential, façade, or education projects. This permanent role offers a salary of £85,000-£90,000 plus a bonus scheme that can increase the package to around £110,000, along with strong career progression opportunities.
