A main contractor company in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of live projects in residential and education sectors. You’ll prepare valuations, oversee subcontractor payments, and liaise with delivery teams for cost control. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years' experience within a main contractor environment, and will enjoy strong career progression in a supportive business.
This role comes with a salary of £85,000-£90,000 plus bonuses, contributing to a total package of around £110,000.
