Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality and construction. They have assets valued up to 3billion.

The need now exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.

You will commercially lead a few projects. One is a hotel development, refurbishment of a grade 11 listed building and a leisure centre.

Our client is seeking candidates that are ideally RICS qualified and come from a general contracting or developer background. Someone that has dealt with all trades and suppliers from start to finish, from consultants, warranties etc. It is essential you have cost reporting and upstream reporting experience. Previous experience on hotel and grade 11 listed buildings is essential.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 90k - 110k + full package & bonus.
