The Role

Manage all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account
Prepare CVRs, valuations, and cost reports across multiple live projects
Oversee subcontractor packages and payment approvals
Liaise closely with project delivery teams to maintain cost control and programme alignment
Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning where needed
What they’re looking for

5–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
Confident managing projects independently and reporting commercially to senior management
Experience in residential, façade, or education projects is ideal
Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Package

£85,000–£90,000 salary
Bonus scheme taking total package to c.£110,000
