Direct Staff UK is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead, grow, and develop our Uxbridge operation, recruiting across Industrial sectors and supplying temporary staffing solutions.

The role is ideal for a proven Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or an ambitious senior recruiter ready to take the lead of an operation and build a successful, high‑performing DSUK business.

BDM Industrial you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day‑to‑day management of the Uxbridge Operation, including managing your own team of sales.

• Leading and developing Industrial recruitment desks
• Driving temporary recruitment sales
• New business development and key account management
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery
• Identifying new market opportunities and areas for growth
• Leading by example through personal billings and business development
• Working closely with the Management team
