Accounts Receivable Executive

Permanent Full-time Office-based (Uxbridge)
Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

An established family-run business is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the sales ledger. You will be joining a close-knit and supportive team, working closely with senior management and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales ledger, including invoicing and credit notes
  • Allocating and reconciling payments
  • Issuing statements and proactively chasing overdue balances
  • Handling customer finance queries
  • Preparing VAT returns and adjustments
  • Maintaining CRM and customer account records
  • Supporting purchase ledger and general office duties when required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable / sales ledger
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with accounting software (training provided)
