Permanent | Full-time | Office-based (Uxbridge)
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
An established family-run business is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the sales ledger. You will be joining a close-knit and supportive team, working closely with senior management and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the sales ledger, including invoicing and credit notes
Allocating and reconciling payments
Issuing statements and proactively chasing overdue balances
Handling customer finance queries
Preparing VAT returns and adjustments
Maintaining CRM and customer account records
Supporting purchase ledger and general office duties when required
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in accounts receivable / sales ledger
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with accounting software (training provided)
