• Transportation Support:
  Assist in the coordination and execution of transportation services across campus and for college-related activities.
• Ensure the safe and timely transport of students, faculty, and staff to various locations.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety issues to the appropriate department promptly.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating college vehicles.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of passengers and maintain a safe environment.
• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed.
• Administrative Duties:
  Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with scheduling and planning routes to optimize efficiency.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate transportation needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or challenges encountered during operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a transportation role or similar position preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
