The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
