Join Creative Solutions in Health Care as a Student Nurse Aide. This role provides real‑world experience in long‑term care while delivering quality care to residents. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are essential. You must work cooperatively, multitask efficiently, and remain professional in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non‑nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.

• Proof of completion of 16‑hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent self‑discipline, patience, and passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.
• Respect and adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
