Emporium Restaurant is seeking a talented Chef skilled in preparing authentic Sri Lankan and Indian dishes.
This role involves creating flavorful meals, maintaining high food quality, and contributing to a standout dining experience.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook authentic Sri Lankan and Indian dishes to high standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and regional menus.
- Train kitchen staff in traditional Sri Lankan and Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ensure consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation across all dishes.
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, specialising in Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional presentation styles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
