Overview

Mint Cocktail Company are a fast growing cocktail events company which was started in 2015. With 3 mobile cocktail bars, horsebox conversion, and cocktail masterclass workshop packages all over the UK.

We cover various different events such as weddings, festivals, corporate events, hen parties, private functions and celebrity collaborations. Our clients include Facebook, Mercedes Benz, Absolute Collagen, ITV, Royal Mail, Deloitte, Alton Towers to name a few. Our celebrity partners include Jake Quickenden, Maria Fowler, Kady McDermott, Tiffany Watson, Scarlett Moffatt, Chloe Ferry and more.

We opened our first cocktail bar in Uttoxeter in May 2025 and within months became the no1 venue to visit on Tripadvisor and nominated for the most promising start up business in 2025.

We are a small team, and we’re looking for similar, like minded individuals to grow this brand into something special.

As we move into 2026, Mint Cocktail Company is entering an exciting period of evolution. In the spring, we will be opening another bar inside our venue to service our gorgeous sun lounge and rooftop terrace. We’re also taking more and more bookings for weddings and other events, and we would like to start looking for venue no2 this year. So, we’re strengthening the team ahead of this exciting chapter and are looking for bartenders and events people who want to raise standards, contribute ideas, and be part of something genuinely exciting!

• Prepare cocktails with confidence, accuracy and great presentation
• Show a strong grasp of classic cocktails
• Learn & master the Mint cocktail menu off by heart
• Operations & Standards
• Keep the bar clean, organised and service ready
• Follow opening, closing and prep procedures accurately
• Maintain excellent hygiene, safety and compliance
• Support stock control and minimise waste
• Teamwork & Development
• Communicate clearly and positively with the team
• Take part in team activities, training and menu development
• Offer ideas on how to improve aspects of the business when invited to
• Bring reliability, professionalism and energy to each shift
• The events side of our business
• This is a bonus, not essential for your application
• Willingness to leave site to deliver a mobile event bar (wedding etc)
• Be comfortable and confident delivering cocktail workshops
• Happy to lead festivals and celebrity events

• Experience working in fast paced bars or restaurants
• Cocktail knowledge and experience preferred but not 100% necessary
• Willingness to work on our events team as well as in the bar itself
• A positive attitude, someone who doesn’t mind doing Tik Tok or emptying the dishwasher
• Confident working in a bar atmosphere with a relaxed but sometimes high energy atmosphere
• Forward thinking and high standards
• A team first attitude and willingness to grow

• 0.50p above minimum working wage per hour
