We are delighted to introduce an exciting new Nurse Assessor role within our clients beautiful countryside nursing home. The service provides high-quality nursing and dementia care, with a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing and staff satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking greater autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to step into a more senior, non-shift-based position.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

* Completing Mental Capacity Assessments

* Managing Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)

🔄 Additional Responsibilities

* Providing nurse cover when required

* Completing pre-admission and in-home assessments

* Managing new resident enquiries

* Supporting complaint handling and follow-up processes

💼 About You

* Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD considered)

* Strong assessment and clinical judgement skills

* Confident communicator with excellent written documentation skills

* Professional, organised, and able to work independently
