Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Labourer Cleaner Support Team Leader to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning of a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors and work areas, and handling specialised cleaning tasks.
  • Work with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals; be detail-oriented and physically fit.
  • Working alongside the JCB Maintenance team to carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors.
  • Clean Paint booths, Welding, Shot blast area; tasks may include jet washing, floor scrubber drier use, confined space cleaning, high-level cleaning and other specialist cleaning duties.
  • Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools including hammers, chisels and Dry Ice Blasters in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
  • Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in working as a team leader or Supervisor.
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Physically fit, and capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • High-Level deep cleaning (working at height).
  • Able to work in Confined Spaces.
Working hours

This is a Full-Time Role – Tuesday to Saturday - working Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Friday / Saturday 8am – 4pm (time and a half paid on Saturday) plus the option for overtime and a potential bonus per month, for no sickness and work completion.
