Our client, a successful and growing food manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, logistics and customer service operations at a busy production site.

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in making sure the factory produces the right products at the right time, while maintaining excellent customer service and efficient stock levels. You'll coordinate demand forecasts, production planning, inventory and distribution while working closely with production, commercial and logistics teams.

This is a highly visible Supply Chain Manager position within a fast-paced FMCG environment producing millions of cases annually and managing significant warehouse and distribution volumes.

• Turning demand forecasts into clear production plans for the factory
• Managing supply planning to balance stock levels, production capacity and customer demand
• Leading demand planning and supporting S&OP processes with commercial teams
• Overseeing stock levels across ingredients, packaging and finished goods
• Managing third-party warehouses and transport providers
• Leading the planning team and overseeing customer service and order fulfilment

• Experience in a Supply Chain Manager or senior supply chain planning role
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing or high-volume production environments
• Strong experience in demand planning, supply planning and inventory management
• Experience managing third-party logistics or distribution providers
• Strong analytical and planning skills with ERP system experience (SAP or similar)
• A confident leader who can work across production, sales and logistics teams

• Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
