We are looking to recruit to our clinic administration team within East Staffordshire. This role will be a patient facing role, supporting with the reception cover at two of our sites, Hill Street wellbeing Centre in Stapenhill, Burton and Balance Street Health Centre, in Uttoxeter.

We have a full time vacancy for Monday - Friday with regular days at both sites. It is a really exciting time working within East Staffordshire. The clinical administration services have adapted and innovated their service delivery and are working more integrated than ever. The clinics are a hub of exceptional patient care and are a key part of future care delivery.

East Staffordshire services are co-located over a small number of sites which provides a supportive and inclusive environment in which to work.

Responsibilities
  • Directing patients to clinics
  • Booking of patient appointments
  • Sending email and letter communications to patients
  • Liaising with partner agencies
  • Booking of the on-site rooms for services
  • Documenting in patient notes
  • Discharging patients from services
  • Telephone customer care
  • Building maintenance
  • Opening and closing of the clinic site
