Job Responsibilities
The AM is the driving force behind the Givenchy & Kenzo sell-out development in the Douglas, Ici Paris XL & Bijenkorf outlets in the Netherlands, and the sell-in development at the B&M Independents.
Advising, presenting and selling Givenchy & Kenzo products to consumers
Proactive approach to increase the number of direct contacts with consumers and strengthen loyalty to Douglas, Ici Paris XL, Bijenkorf & Independents
Ensuring that the set sell-out and sell-in targets are achieved
Coaching and motivating sales assistants at points of sale for Givenchy & Kenzo products through one-to-one flash training for the shelf
Checking the stocks (particularly of bestsellers) of the Givenchy & Kenzo range
Checking the presence of testers
Following the established Givenchy & Kenzo merchandising guidelines and optimising visibility in Douglas & Ici Paris XL points of sale
Maintaining and cleaning Givenchy GTS make-up at points of sale
Preparing and evaluating the sell-out day(s) for the Sale & Retail Analyst
Respect grooming guidelines
Weekly feedback: information to the Sales Director about consumer feedback and competitors' activities
Various reports: planning, conversions, etc.
Available and ready to work Monday through Sunday
Full-time position / 5 days per week, 37.5 hours
Profile
Education:
Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) working and thinking level; makeup training (not makeup artist but commercial application); training as a beautician;
Driver's license B
Experience:
At least 5 years of commercial work experience
Skills:
Knowledge of modern software and internet applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English, spoken
Working days:
Tuesday to Saturday

Ability to convey knowledge to others effectively; natural ability to win people over; no 9-to-5 mentality; willingness to invest; willingness to learn; hands-on mentality; flexible attitude; creativity and entrepreneurial mindset; excellent ability to function in a team, but also to operate independently; residing centrally in the Utrecht – Central Netherlands region
Additional Information
Performance is evaluated based on quantitative criteria such as:
Achieving the daily sell-out target
Complete purchase of the Nouveautés
Development of sell-out sales for Givenchy & Kenzo at points of sale
The additional sell-out revenue generated by sell-out days/events
Development of Items per Transaction & Average Basket
Qualitative criteria such as the quality of the event report and the execution of the merchandising guidelines
