Your Mission As our Sales Executive for the Dutch Market, you will play a key role in expanding Mercell’s presence in the Netherlands. You will work closely with a passionate, international team to identify and capture opportunities in a rapidly growing market. This is a unique opportunity to sell a cutting-edge SaaS platform that helps companies of all sizes embrace smarter digital procurement solutions.
You’ll have plenty of leads, but occasionally you will also proactively reach out to new prospects.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, results-driven, self-motivated, and excited by technology, SaaS, cloud solutions, and software. You are passionate about shaping the future of public procurement and delivering value to clients.

Core Responsibilities Proactively prospect, engage, and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
Handle the full sales cycle: initial contact, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling.
Demonstrate the value of our AI-powered platform to clients of all sizes.
Keep CRM records up-to-date using Hub Spot; track leads, manage opportunities, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies.
Stay informed about the Dutch and European public procurement markets to drive growth.
Required Qualifications Ideally 3–5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably SaaS, software, cloud solutions, or license sales.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and listening skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-velocity or consultative sales.
Knowledge of public procurement is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within an international team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
