As a barista at Starbucks you will deliver legendary customer service, but above all the best coffee for our customers. With your positive “can do” attitude and your personal interactions, you will speak to every customer with a big smile. You know exactly how to connect with our customers, and you discover quickly their needs and wishes. You also consistently deliver quality drinks according to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards.

You act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes Starbucks culture, values and mission.

• Flexible working hours (32 or 40 hours, Monday to Sunday).
• All‑in salary of €15,89 per hour when you are 21 years or older; based on a full‑time contract your monthly salary is €2,764.30.
• Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands.
