Een organisatie voor vluchtelingprofessionals in Utrecht zoekt een Medewerker Vrijwilligers. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van vrijwilligers die zorgprofessionals helpen zich te integreren in Nederland. Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning en organiseert bijeenkomsten. De functie vereist mbo werk- en denkniveau, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en affiniteit met de doelgroep. Je werkt hybride, met een salaris conform CAO Sociaal Werk, en je hebt de mogelijkheid tot persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
