What you'll do as an Offer Serving Product ManagerThe right offer, at the right moment, in the right context, that’s what makes the difference between browsing and buying. At bol, we serve millions of offers daily, and ensuring every customer sees the most relevant and competitive one is essential to delivering value for both consumers and partners.
As a Product Manager in the Offer Serving Team, you are at the heart of this challenge. You and your cross‑functional team innovate iteratively to improve how offers are selected, ranked, and presented across our platform. Relevance, scalability, speed, and accuracy drive everything you do, balancing consumer experience, partner interests, and commercial impact in a dynamic marketplace.
You work closely with the Group Product Manager, Engineering Manager, product analysts, designer, data scientists, and stakeholders across customer- and partner-facing domains. Together, you shape the product vision, tackle complex algorithmic and technical challenges, and build reliable, high-performing real‑time systems.

You navigate trade-offs between relevance, fairness, and partner dynamics, and lead a discovery process centered on experimentation and measurable impact.
Given the scale and real‑time nature of offer serving, you are comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. You make informed decisions with imperfect information and keep momentum high. Experimentation is fundamental: you test, learn, iterate, and translate insights into structural improvements.
Beyond execution, you help shape the future of offers at bol, from personalization and transparency to balancing short‑term conversion with long‑term trust.
