Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) - Relocation Support for EU Citizens

We're building a high-performing digital sales and client onboarding team in Barcelona to support businesses. This role is designed for commercially driven professionals who can onboard, advise, and grow high-potential companies within a fast-paced, tech-focused advertising environment.
You'll work closely with new and emerging businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of digital advertising solutions, optimize performance, and unlock long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients as a strategic advisor
- Design, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to engage, consult, and upsell services
- Understand client objectives and tailor data-driven advertising strategies
- Increase campaign spend through value-based upselling and optimization
- Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Manage a high volume of client interactions in a structured, goal-oriented environment
- Native-level Dutch or Danish + fluent English
- Background in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles (18–24 months)
- Strong understanding of PPC, ROI-driven campaigns, and digital advertising ecosystems
- Confident communicator with presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy expectations in European markets
- Full-time (39 hours/week)
