Do you want to work in an international environment, in a role where you have a strong responsibility to manage and develop the internal IT infrastructure?

We are now looking for an Associate IT Engineer, Operations to join our team in Utrecht.

Your main tasks will consist of:

• Day‑to‑day work and handling of first and second line IT support for internal cases via a case management system
• Managing our workstations, servers and administering our web‑based collaboration tools
• Administration and further development of our internal IT infrastructure in Windows, macOS and Linux environments

In this role you will have the opportunity to evaluate, manage and implement new tools and technologies.

Who are you?

We are looking for a high‑energy individual who enjoys teaching and servicing their IT skills. You are a curious person who enjoys working in a problem‑solving role. The role requires you to be service‑mindful, customer‑oriented, flexible and have an ability to prioritise. You must have good collaborative skills, whilst being able to work independently.

• A bachelor degree in one of the Computer Engineering disciplines or other relevant education in System Administration / IT
• 0‑2 years of experience working in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and workstations imaging
• Apple macOS knowledge is recommended
• A knowledge of server environment for both Windows and Linux
• Previous experience working with Office 365, VMware and Active Directory
• A scripting experience in Power Shell, Bash or Python is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Desk incident and case management system would be an advantage
• Worked with network management in previous roles
• You will be working with an international team, therefore a good command of the English and Dutch language is a requirement

This is a full‑time position based in Utrecht and is an open‑ended position starting with a probationary period with a great chance for professional growth.
