Testing Specialist

• Strong experience in functional, integration, and chain testing within complex IT landscapes
• Proven ability to develop and execute detailed test cases based on requirements
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies such as ISTQB, TMap, or similar; certification in ISTQB Foundation or TMap NEXT preferred
• Experience with test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Python-based testing
• Familiarity with test management tools such as AIOtests and Zephyr
• Demonstrated experience with chain testing from legacy systems to new platforms
• Hands‑on expertise in setting up and maintaining automated testing environments
• Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams
• Fluency in Dutch (reading, speaking, writing, listening)

• Experience with API messaging formats such as XML, JSON, REST APIs
• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in industries with complex and integrated IT systems
• Experience working in smaller teams with direct accountability to functional managers

• Relevant educational background or professional certification in IT, QA, or related fields
• Proven success in medium‑sized organizations or similar environments
• Demonstrable experience in test planning, process improvement, and test automation projects

• Availability to start ASAP with flexible arrangements
• Willingness to participate in a hybrid work setup (approximately 50% in‑office)
• Commitment to a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension or permanence
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently
