We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Solution Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology solutions.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure digital experience systems. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a talented team on cutting‑edge projects, directly impacting the success of our clients and the growth of our organization. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior architects and influence the overall architectural direction of the company.

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, enterprise‑level digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices.
• Act as a sparring partner to clients and support in setting strategic direction of the client’s architectural roadmap.
• Proactively propose innovative solutions both internally and on the client side to drive value and address business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, engineering, operations) throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and presentations, clearly communicating complex technical designs to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies, identify potential risks and challenges, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance our offerings and improve efficiency.
• Participate actively in pre‑sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable, adhering to established architectural standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to the evolution and drive the improvement of our architectural standards, processes, and best practices by working with and in our craft circles.
• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Technology stacks around Optimizely (DXP & CMS), Contentstack and/or Contentful.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus. Or similar work experience.
• Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with delivering content management and/or digital experience solutions from inception into production.
