Een overheidsorganisatie in Utrecht zoekt een ervaren Scrummaster om Agile teams te begeleiden en hun ontwikkeling naar een volwassen Dev Ops-samenwerking te stimuleren. De rol omvat coaching van scrumteams, faciliteren van procesverbeteringen en het verhelpen van obstakels. Kandidaten dienen een hbo-bachelor en PSM1/PSM2 certificaten te bezitten, met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Scrummaster, inclusief ervaring met teams in complexe omgevingen.
De functie loopt van oktober 2025 tot september 2027.
