A fast‑growing tech organisation in Utrecht – which is recently acquired by an international parent company – is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Manager to guide the business through a period of significant change.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future HR landscape, harmonise processes, and support the organisation as it integrates into its new structure.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the HR transformation roadmap following the acquisition
Align HR processes, systems, and policies with the new parent organisation
Lead change management initiatives and support leaders through the transition
Identify opportunities to optimise HR operations and employee experience
Coordinate integration activities across HR, IT, and business functions
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication throughout the organisation
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on transformation‑related topics
Proven experience in HR transformation, HR project management, or organisational change
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Experience working in post‑merger or acquisition contexts is a strong advantage
Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity during change
