Optimalisatie en Automatisering van HR-processen

  • Optimaliseren en automatiseren van HR processen (o.a. AFAS);
  • Informatie ophalen binnen de organisatie;
  • Functioneel ontwerp schrijven;
  • Plan van aanpak schrijven.

    • Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op hbo/wo niveau;
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Kennis van AFAS;
  • Kennis van schrijven projectplannen;
  • Kennis van schrijven plan van aanpak;
  • Vertaalslag kunnen maken van techniek naar behoefte van de organisatie;
  • Ervaring binnen Gemeentelijke regeling - afvalbranche.
