Een zorgorganisatie in ontwikkeling in Nederland zoekt een Interim HR Manager Shared Services om HR-operations te optimaliseren en harmoniseren. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van HR-processen en fungeert als HR Product Owner binnen AFAS. Deze functie vereist ervaring in complexe organisaties, sterke capaciteiten in procesoptimalisatie en de bereidheid om in een dynamische omgeving te werken. De rol is tijdelijk met mogelijkheden voor verlenging.
